Dirk is the genuine real deal. He is professional, knowledgeable, savvy and always on call. He is super responsive and gets everything done in a timely manner, which is so important in real estate dealings. On top of this, no matter how busy he is, you always feel like you are his top priority. I have dealt with many other agents in my own dealings, and can say for sure this has not been my experience with most others. Dirk has been involved with 2 sales and 2 purchases for us. Both sales were record numbers for our neighborhood, which was not a coincidence since Dirk worked so hard in marketing them properly in the first place.
