I felt kinda of bad asking him to show up at the hotel we were at late at night, but he had no issues and came right over! It was a long process (a couple weeks) due to the sellers being on vacation at the time and some issues to sort out (like if we could put a second level on the home)… but Dirk was there the whole way and keeping us in the loop about everything which was truly appreciated. Worked with agents in other provinces and I must say that he’s raised the bar of what we would now expect from an agent as he has an awesome rolodex of contacts and was even able to help connect us to some good trades people after the close.
